Are you licensed to appraise in Washington State? |
Yes, I am State Certified which means I can appraise
residential properties over a million dollars and appraise
commercial properties up to $250,000. |

Yes, I have been an approved FHA appraiser since 2003. |

Are you able to e-mail appraisals in pdf format? |
Yes, I use appraisal software that allows for appraisals to be
e-mailed with a digital signature. |

Do you have current Errors & Omission
Insurance? |
Yes, I carry a million dollar Errors &
Omission policy. |

What is your turn-around time? |
Typically, I try to have the report completed 2-3 days after
inspection. Turn-around times can vary depending on degree of
difficulty. |

Fees are based on the type of report and type of
property. A waterfront home worth a million dollars would
require a higher fee than a rambler on a standard size
lot. Our fees are very competitive. |
